Dear Lootius,
Today, I embarked on a mission that’s about as thrilling as watching paint dry – harvesting trees. Yes, you heard that right. Your faithful Nun is out in the wilderness, Terratech in hand & drugs down my throat, chopping away at those stubborn trunks. It’s a lonely and somewhat boring task, but hey, it’s all for the greater good, right? After all, killing trees grants the all-important Resource Gathering skill, which, as you know, is linked to our ability to loot shiny stuff. And let’s be honest, who among us doesn’t want better loot?
Anyway, I don’t quite understand the fuss from people saying there are no trees around. Maybe it’s because you’re watching over me, Lootius, but these trunks keep dropping right at my feet. Not that I’m complaining – a Nun does appreciate a big, sturdy log!
After chipping out 14 years ago, I’m back to being an absolute n00b. So, I’m diving headfirst into skilling up with 100% skill pills – slowly but surely, I’ll get there. Now, I’m not just a gamer chasing you around for globals and HOFs; I’m also a bit of a skill pill junkie. Thank you, Lootius, for turning me into a gambler and a “pill popper”! 😀 … And while the trees may be dull company, I’ve got some exciting news to keep me motivated – our Church of Lootius family is growing!
New members
First, we’ve welcomed Buck Stone, an old hand from the WoF days. His calm presence and pleasant attitude have already brought a lovely balance to our society.
Then there’s Usurper, the lively girl from the past who finally gave in and joined our ranks. It took a bit of playful pestering in chat and a few leaps over her head (Kris!!), but really, who could resist the fun and mischief of Lootius’ faithful crew 😀 ?
And just yesterday evening, a brand-new to the Church (but old in Entropia) player, Endermigne, decided to join the fun as well. It’s going to be an exciting time ahead, watching our society evolve with these fantastic additions.
Entropia is nothing without friends; that’s been proven time and time again. I still hold out hope that old friends from the original CoL days will return and bless us with their presence once more. Please, Lootius, grant me this one wish! That would be the biggest ATH’s of all!
As for me, I’ll keep on chopping, praying, and skilling up – hoping that the next golden swirl is just around the corner. Lootius knows I’ll be down on my knees (what’s up with everyone wanting to see me down there? ), doing what a Nun does best; praying for better loot for us all. Because let’s face it, a little divine intervention never hurt anyone’s loot pool!
Here’s to golden swirls, new friends, and whatever exciting surprises the future holds for the Church of Lootius – and for this humble Nun.
