Dear Lootius,

The future of Entropia belongs to us – the players. For years, we’ve shaped the universe with our actions, ideas, and community spirit. Now, a new player-driven Entropia Universe hub is taking form. Built on experience, passion, and the belief that we are the game, this project aims to unite the community, empower newcomers, and evolve alongside the worlds we love.

When I left Entropia as a regular player to join the team at Planet Cyrene, I also stepped away from my passion project, the community forum EntropiaPlanets. It was a bittersweet move. For years after, a dedicated group of skilled Entropians took over the forum and ran it with steady hands and genuine care.

The forum still stands – less active now, but never forgotten. Built on the XenForo platform, which I once knew inside and out, it’s in need of updates to keep up with modern demands. But EntropiaPlanets remains a great place, and I truly hope one day it’ll shine once again for the community it was built to serve.

What we’re working on now – through Church of Lootius, the crazy events, and other social madness – is a different path than the one I envisioned nearly 15 years ago. Because the dream is still very much alive.

I still believe in an all-planet hub – a unified space where everything Entropia is accessible to players, and where planet partners can kick in with their unique content and ideas and MindArk too has an invitation but won’t be in charge. Most of all, it should be a warm place for newcomers, where everything they need is right at their fingertips.

If you know me, you know I don’t stand still for long, which can be a bit hectic at times … When an idea hits, I run with it very fast. This dream is running with me – alive, kicking, and dragging me along for the ride. I imagine a place some might one day call home. A space built by players, for players. A place where discussion is open and free – but where we also draw the line: no bullying, no harassment. Not a garbage bin for venting either, but of course a place where you can voice concerns as well. Just passionate, controlled activities (as any Lootian would approve of) in the love of the game we’ve been playing for so long, or a game we just now are getting to know.

We Are the Universe

A person close to me told me 33 years ago that we are universes within the Universe. It’s never felt more true. One thing I’ve always deeply believed is that we, the players, are the content in this universe. MindArk provides the core system, but the soul of Entropia, that’s us.

We define what this universe becomes. And it’s not just about the PED or the earnings. It’s also shaped by our actions – how we express ourselves, how we treat each other, and the energy we bring into the game. Positivity or negativity … it all shines through. We have the power to build something lasting, something better – but only if we build up, not tear down. That’s why I’m choosing to move away from negativity. I’m focusing on the now and tomorrow and only looking back when it helps me grow.

If you read the forums, you’ll see it again and again how much people, bonds, and friendships in Entropia mean. We build our own realities here. Just as we shape the economy with MU and our actions, we shape the very spirit of this game. We can do this. We can stick together and show others how it should be done.

We’re the people.
We’re the game.
And without us there would be no Entropia.

And I am aware I’ve been quiet lately. Not just because I’ve had very pleasant company visiting me for a few weeks (blame the charming distraction), but also because I’ve been working my Nunish ass off behind the scenes to make this dream come true.

Very soon, our dedicated, hard working team will kick off this massive new project. We hope you’ll embrace it and be part of and contribute to it – because that’s what this community is about.

Entropia is evolving. So must we. Many hands are putting down the tools they’ve held for years; professions, services, entire careers. But new hands are waiting to take over.

Maybe you’re tired of what you’ve done for so long? Maybe you’re itching to be part of something new, something exciting? No matter if you’re an old-school player or a newcomer just now exploring the lands of Entropia. If so, do not hesitate but please reach out. We could use extra hands, sharp minds, and Lootian hearts to help build and update our new community hub and be part of this journey from the beginning.

EVERYONE CAN JOIN both the journey of building and the community hub itself. Everyone is welcome, and all contributions are appreciated. This is for all of us.

But shhh … It’s still a secret. Nothing’s officially revealed.
Just … expect it.
And expect it to be great.

With all my love <3

Lyrics – creatively edited

Is it right or wrong? We will make a place, We’re we all belong!
Be as one, We will get on by, If we unify! We should really try …

All this time, Spinning round and round, Made the same mistakes, That we’ve always found
Surely now, We could move along, Make a better world? No, it can’t be wrong!

Time is running out, Let there be no doubt, We should sort things out, Cause we care
Like we say we do, Not just empty words
, For a week or two

Make the UNIVERSE, Your priority, Try to live your life, ENTROlogically
Play a part, In a greater scheme, Try to live the dream, On the PLAYER’S scene

Let’s come together, Right now, Oh yeah, In sweet Entropy
